Haile Title Company is a licensed title insurance agency with three branches located in North Central Florida (Gainesville, Newberry and Lake City).  We have two real estate attorneys on staff to provide the expertise you need to close your Florida real estate transaction.  We issue Owner and Mortgagee title insurance policies; we hold escrow and earnest money deposits; we provide ownership and encumbrance reports; we perform title searches; and we otherwise assist with all aspects of a real estate transaction (including assistance with surveys, appraisals, home inspections, pest inspections and home warranties).  We can provide real estate contract forms for your convenience.  Commercial, refinance, courtesy closings and FSBO transactions are all welcome.  Notaries are on staff.
