Dear Mr Robertson:

On behalf of Haile Plantation Women's Golf Association, thank you for your contribution to our Invitational Golf Tournament which was held Tuesday, March 20, 2007. We had 114 women taking part in the tournament, representing 19 different golf courses in the Gainesville and Ocala area.

Your generosity helped make this a most enjoyable day for everyone. Also, with the assistance of your support, we now look forward to being able to give a substantial monetary contribution to the Club's program this summer for its "Take Your Daughter to the Golf Course" event in August.

Enclosed is a copy of the tournament program, which includes your name and business on the inside front cover as a hole sponsor for the tournament. Your address is also included which will be an additional form of advertisement for you since each player received a copy of the program.

Again, thank you for your support and your willingness to be a part of this tournament. We are most grateful for both.

Sincerely,
Nancy N Vacc
Tournament Chair

Dear Mr Robertson,

Thank you for your support of the 5th Annual "Art Through the Eyes of a Child" Art Auction held at the UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute on Thursday, October 26, 2006 presented by RE/MAX Professionals. It was another magical evening for the kids! More than 300 people from our community attended and took home more than 100 pieces of beautiful artwork created by the patients and families treated at Shands Children's Hospital.

Your generous contribution of $695.00 for Silent Auction Items, allowed this eveny to raise more than $61,000 for the kids at Shands Children's Hospital at the University of Florida. Funds raised help children in your community by purchasing life-saving medical equipment, funding pediatric research, diversionary items, and producing patient education materials. Please note, the entirety of your donation is not tax deductible. The difference between the item's Fair Market Value and the price you paid can be claimed as a charitable donation. The charitable portion of your gift is $492.10.

Shand's Children's Hospital is one of the leading referring hospitals in the state, treating kids from all over the state of Florida, 45 different states and 5 foreign countries. Shands Children's Hospital is a hospital within a hospital with more than 9,300 admissions last year. We are very proud of the fact that we are able to offer all of the clinical services delivered at any children's health center in the nation from basic primary care to highly specialized procedures such as organ and bone marrow transplantation, AIDS treatment, diabetes care and monitoring, neurosurgery and cancer treatment - treating all kids with all kinds of illnesses.

Again, thank you for your support of Children's Miracle Network and the 5th Annual "Art Through the Eyes of a Child" Art Auction. We look forward to seeing you next year.

Sincerely,
Lee-Ann Humenik

Dear Blue Wave Sponsor,

On behalf of the P.K. Young Blue Wave Baseball Program, I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your generous support of our baseball program this year! As you may realize, running a quality baseball program for our student athletes is expensive, and school districts lack the necessary funding to pay for many necessities related to the operation of sponsors such as you, it would be very difficult for our teams to travel to opponent's schools, to purchase new and replacement uniforms, and for annual equipment purchases.

Your sponsorship is a valuable contribution to our program and your business is recognized at our baseball complex with a professionally prepared banner that identifies your support of the Blue Waves Baseball Program.

As Head Coach at P.K. Young for my second year, it as been an honor to coach the talented student athletes in our program, and I look forward to building on our many successes next year.

Please accept my sincere thanks for your support. I look forward to our continued relationship in the future to keep Blue Wave Baseball a top notch program in Gainesville.

Yours in Baseball,
Roger Strecker
Head Varsity Baseball Coach
